These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "you", "your") and 488bet (the "Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 488bet.im (the "Platform"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your access to and use of the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and betting markets, and the receipt of any bonuses or promotional offers.

By clicking the registration button, completing the account creation process, or continuing to access the Platform after the effective date of any updated version of this Agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all terms set out herein. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not register an account and must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

488bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated via notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Access to and use of the 488bet Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The 488bet Platform is not available to persons under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not prohibited from accessing online gambling services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You have not previously had a 488bet account that was closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register or subject to a voluntary exclusion arrangement at the time of registration.

488bet reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during a Player's account lifetime, including at the time of any withdrawal request. Acceptable documentation may include a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be permanently closed and any pending withdrawals forfeited. 488bet takes its obligations under responsible gaming standards seriously and cooper ates fully with any applicable age verification requirements.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 488bet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes after registration. 488bet will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your account information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity carried out through your account while your credentials are in use will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 488bet immediately at [email protected]. We will take reasonable steps to investigate the matter and, where appropriate, suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised access.

The 488bet Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transaction amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 488bet does not accept deposits made on behalf of a Player by a third party.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, along with any applicable processing times, are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Players should check the cashier for current limits before initiating any transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 488bet reserves the right to withhold payment of any withdrawal until satisfactory verification documents have been received and approved. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

488bet does not accept deposits funded by credit. Players must only use funds that belong to them and that are not borrowed. Any attempt to deposit funds via a payment method that is not registered in the Player's own name may result in account suspension and reversal of the transaction.

From time to time, 488bet may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the point of offer. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be processed. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

488bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Players who are found to have exploited promotional offers in bad faith — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any form of bonus abuse — will have their bonus entitlements forfeited and may have their accounts permanently suspended.

All content available on the 488bet Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 488bet or its licensed content providers. All such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 488bet.

488bet is committed to protecting the personal data of its Players. The collection, storage, and processing of your personal information is governed by the 488bet Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. By accepting this Agreement, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

488bet may collect personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of services. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

488bet is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. Players are encouraged to set deposit limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods through their account settings at any time.

Any Player who believes that their gambling behaviour is causing harm to themselves or others is encouraged to contact the 488bet support team immediately at [email protected] to discuss self-exclusion options. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned promptly and the affected account will be locked for a minimum period as elected by the Player. 488bet reserves the right to impose mandatory deposit limits, require enhanced due diligence, or initiate a responsible gaming review on any account where patterns of play give rise to concern, including high-frequency play, rapid escalation of stakes, or repeated failed self-exclusion attempts.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 488bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or any other financial or non-financial harm suffered as a result of reliance on information or services provided on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 488bet makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content or service on the Platform. Scheduled maintenance and occasional downtime may occur; 488bet will endeavour to notify Players in advance where possible.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a Player and 488bet, the parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith negotiation. Players may submit a written complaint to [email protected] and can expect an initial response within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

A Player may close their 488bet account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

488bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where a Player has breached any provision of this Agreement, provided false registration information, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, or where required to do so under applicable law or regulatory directive. In cases of termination for cause, any bonus-derived balances may be forfeited.
